Sales Terms

Warranty valid only in USA, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico Only kitchen equipment ship within the Continental United States excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico qualify for Free Shipping. Please contact one of our helpful customer service specialists for shipping quote. KitchenWare Station reserves the right to change the price and specifications of the equipment and/ or material without notice. Prices are F.O.B plant of manufacture.  


Please contact our customer service team immediately if you would like to cancel an order. Please note that if an order is already processing in our warehouse and being packed to ship, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled. Order cancellation is subjected to a 3.66% credit/ debit card processing fee charged by card carrier. In order to maintain accuracy and efficiency in our order process, we are unable to modify any orders after they have been placed. If you would like to add to or modify your order in any way, please contact a Customer Service Team to see if the order can be canceled and then reordered with your desired modifications. If we cannot cancel an order that you no longer want or want to modify, please refer to our Return Policy.  

Freight Class

All KitchenWare Station products ship under 100-110 freight classification.  

Return Policy

For Equipment: Prior Authorization must be granted by KitchenWare Station before equipment can be returned for a refund. Returns will only be authorized within 30 days of invoice date. Equipment approved for return is subject to a 15% restocking charge, and must be returned within 15 days after authorization. Returned equipment must be shipped freight pre-paid via FedEx or UPS, packed in original carton/ packaging, and received in good unused unworn condition. Please note that if the package arrive used, damage or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer, there will be a restocking fee of up to 50% of the product original price to the buyer.

If you purchased an equipment online and it is damaged during shipping or you received the wrong product, please save the packaging material and contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please do not attempt to use the equipment if it is damaged. Return damage item must be unused with original packaging.

For Spare Part: In order to maintain good use-by dates in our inventory, we are unable to accept returned spare part purchase. As is with all the items we carry, our goal is to deliver high quality products that provide optimal customer satisfaction. By not accepting returned wear or replaceable parts we can ensure the product you order is good-to-use, untampered with, and has adequate lifespan. Please contact a Customer Service Team if you further assistance.

KitchenWare Station reserves the right to examine any product claimed to be defective. If after review the product is not deemed defective, KitchenWare Station reserves the right to deny payment for repair and labor. This warranty is effective from the date of invoice. No warranty is given to subsequent transferees. If product is deemed defective, KitchenWare Station will, during normal working hours, through one of its Branches or authorized servicing outlets repair or replace as its option.  

Sales and Promotions

All sales and promotions including but not limited to “Last Chance” “Clearance” or “Final Sale”, as determined by KitchenWare Station, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
