Warranty valid only in USA, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.  KitchenWare Station reserves the right to change the price and specifications of the equipment and/ or material without notice. Prices are F.O.B plant of manufacture.

What is not covered by this warranty?

This warranty does not apply to: Periodic maintenance of equipment including but not limited to lubrication, replacement of expendable parts etc. Certain KitchenWare Station parts, expendable by nature and that need to be replaced frequently, may not be covered. Cosmetic damages during transit may not be covered. Service labor to perform certain adjustments on KitchenWare Station products may not be covered. This warranty exclude all oral, statutory, express or implied warranties which may be applicable to KitchenWare Station, including , but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

KitchenWare Station’s obligation and liability under this warranty is expressly limited to repairing or replacing equipment that proves to be defective in material or workmanship within the applicable warranty period. This warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to fire, water, burglary, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, repairs, alterations, lack of maintenance, punitive damages, loss of use, down time, lost profit, improper installation by unauthorized persons, low voltage conditions, inadequate wiring or normal wear and tear. Defects mentioned above are not manufacturing defects and are strictly the responsibility of the purchaser. Under no circumstances will KitchenWare Station be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from defective products. Seller shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

KitchenWare Station reserves the right to examine any product claimed to be defective. If after review the product is not deemed defective, KitchenWare Station reserves the right to deny payment for repair and labor. This warranty is effective from the date of invoice. Returned equipment must be shipped freight pre-paid via FedEx. No warranty is given to subsequent transferees. If product is deemed defective, KitchenWare Station will, during normal working hours, through one of its Branches or authorized servicing outlets repair or replace as its option. KitchenWare Station will cover the cost of shipping the repair or replace item back to the customer.
